PINDROP MACHINE CUPBOARD

Our customer needed a solution to enclose their pindrop machine. After a health & safety visit, the machine was deemed to be above safe sound working levels. They needed something that was still accessible but kept the noise levels to an absolute minimum.

We designed this soundproof cupboard for our customer’s pin marking machine. Being a relatively small workshop, this machine was causing a disruption, had a diverse effect of efficiency and was above safe sound working levels.

We encased the machine using LD45 Zotefoam, which is a closed cell polyethylene,  whilst also making sure it is still fully accessible.

This meant that sound safety levels were met, staff were able to work without disruption and subsequently peace was restored!
