Thermoforming

Thermoforming is a manufacturing process of turning plastic into a solid shaped product using heat and tooling. In its simplest form, it is Vac forming and extrusion. A more complex moulding is better suited to injection moulding.

Depending on the requirement, we can offer the correct solution whether it is low volume and cost effective simple solution such as vacuum forming or the ultimate protection and control with an injection moulded foam or plastic solution.
