We are specialists in Work In Progress (WIP) kitting solutions. Using our experience and knowledge gained over many years, we are able to design and supply mobile movement equipment that is easy to maintain, user friendly, working within or suggesting improvements to your current work flow and aiding cost-saving.
The work in progress solutions we provide are designed to take all paperwork with the component ensuring traceability at all times. Additionally the kitting solution can be identified using colour-coding, through the use of a barcode or with RFID technology.
Our solutions reduce handling and reduce the need for excessive storage whilst increasing protection. We design the kitting around your specific requirements, such as no metal to metal contact, air flow spaces and anti-static protection. The majority of our products can be recycled even after years of use, meeting EEC waste and waste packaging regulations.
