We have an opportunity for a business administrator apprentice – level 3 to join our established and successful office team at RTP Materials Handling Ltd. Our systems are ISO9001:2015 recognised and are at the core of our business to ensure our quality, communications, data protection & business fundamentals are not compromised.


The primary purpose of your role is to support the day-to-day administration team of all office activities.

Tasks could include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Sending emails
  • Handling enquiries
  • Filing
  • Assisting the preparation of manuals & quality documents
  • Meeting & greeting visitors
  • Holiday recording
  • Processing the post & filing
  • Data entry, photocopying & scanning
  • Stock control
  • Ordering stock & resources
  • Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Use of Sage Line 50 Accounting (training provided)
