We have an opportunity for a business administrator apprentice – level 3 to join our established and successful office team at RTP Materials Handling Ltd. Our systems are ISO9001:2015 recognised and are at the core of our business to ensure our quality, communications, data protection & business fundamentals are not compromised.
JOB SUMMARY
The primary purpose of your role is to support the day-to-day administration team of all office activities.
Tasks could include but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone
- Sending emails
- Handling enquiries
- Filing
- Assisting the preparation of manuals & quality documents
- Meeting & greeting visitors
- Holiday recording
- Processing the post & filing
- Data entry, photocopying & scanning
- Stock control
- Ordering stock & resources
- Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Use of Sage Line 50 Accounting (training provided)
