Heavy Duty KLT

The KLT containers are similar to the Euro Stacker containers with the exception that the boxes are reinforced. The reinforcements can be twin side wall or strengthened bases to reduce base deflection or both. The majority of these boxes are designed for conveyor or automatic handling. These types of boxes are heavily used in the automotive industry where heavy items need to be packed and transported or where a closed loop returnable trip packaging (RTP) system is used or needed. This family of containers are designed to inter-work with each other providing they are stacked on the same or next size up footprint container box and the standard pallet sizes, 1200 x 1000mm and 1200 x 800mm.
