FOAM CNC-CUT TOOLING INSERTS

Over the years, we have provided drawer or box inserts, made from foam, to a range of clients. We can take a 3D scan of your tooling or shapes you require and transform them into inserts to house your tooling or components.

We can also make the CNC-Cut tooling inserts multi-tonal to easily identify if any tools are missing. The cut-outs can also be laid out in order of use to improve efficiency.

We can provide these inserts in boxes with lids, clips and locks to provide bespoke tool boxes.
