Pull out Shelving
Our Pull-Out Shelf units are strong and easy to use. They are versatile and adjustable to your needs as they are designed to be flexible within their role with the capability to take up to 1000kg.
Each RTP Materials Handling manufactured shelving is capable of a 300kg uniformly distributed load (UDL). This makes it ideal for bearing heavy tools or components that require an overhead hoist to move them into position. We are also able to supply a pull-out shelving system that can hold up to 1000kg, although these are made to order. The shelf is simply pulled out and the crane attached to the component or tool. We then move it to its desired location.
As some components require no metal to metal contact, we rubber coat our shelves. This prevents the component from moving on the shelf. Additionally, RTP Materials Handling can supply shelves with dividers which can be covered by plastic arcs for components that need to be kept vertical, but the UDL remains at 300kg.
Should you require pull out shelving able to take higher loads we can supply shelving that can take 1 Ton on a flat deck.
So that these shelving units can be used safely, we manufacture them with holes for floor bolts and supply them with bushes. We also issue these units with an operators manual and training can be provided.
