We can 3D image your tool/component and create bespoke CNC-routed dunnage to fit your product. A wide range of foams are available, each with unique characteristics. There are closed cell foams, which tend to be more impervious to liquids and produce a sharper shape. There are also open cell foams which absorb liquid.
We can provide foam in various colours to aide co-ordination in draw liners, making the content easily identified. We can also provide as inserts inside boxes with lids and locks and clips to make a complete tool box.
